You must be registered on our platform to submit your project. To register, use the following link and then log into the user panel.
After logging into the User Panel, from Jobs Menu, click on Submit New Jobs, then you should select the software you want to render your project.
At this point, you will need to input your rendering information. Below is a list of common fields required by you to fill when registering your project.
Software Name & Version
In this field, the versions of the selected software that MyRenderBox supports will be displayed. You should select the desired version
Upload Source Files
In this field, you should select how to send your file. This is currently done via the secure and popular Dropbox service in MyRenderBox. You can upload your file through the link below
Is Your File Already Uploaded?
If you have already uploaded your file, you should put the link to download your file in this field. Otherwise, you will not need to complete this field.
Select Render Plan
In this field, you should select the rendering plan you desire. The plan is the cost per GHz to work for one hour. Currently, MyRender Box Plans are as follows:
- 1.3 Cents/GHz
- 2.3 Cents/GHz
- 4.3 Cents/GHz
In this field, you should choose the type of render engine that your file needs to be rendered in.
In this field, you should enter your scene file name accurately.
If you want to render from a camera, you should enter the name of the camera you want to render from.
In this field, you must specify the frames you want to render. For example, if you want to render frames from 220 to 250, you should put the numbers as shown below:
Request for Quotation
If you need Quotes for exact price and completion time after submitting your job, then use this field to enable it. Once this field is enabled, and after final recording of your job, the file will be fully reviewed by experts at MyRenderBox. And the exact time and cost of the rendering operation will be determined. To see this, go to My Quotes section of the Invoices menu, you will see details regarding the price and time of completion of your project. If everything is okay with you, you can proceed to accept It.
But if you do not enable this option, your file will be thoroughly reviewed by the technical team at MyRenderBox and the cost and time of the render will be determined and shown on the My Jobs page.
Request for Sample Frames
In this field, if you need to have one or more render test before starting the main render operation, you can specify the number of frames, for example:
In this step, if you need specific descriptions about your project you should fill in the fields in the Notes / Additional Information and then, by enabling the option “I have read and agreed to the Terms of Service,” you can proceed to submit your job.
View and manage jobs
All jobs submitted by you are located in the Jobs tabs > My Jobs menu. On this page, you can see information such as Job Name, Quoted Amount, Cost, Render Progress, and Job Status.
In Status columns there are different job conditions:
After submitting the job, until the file is reviewed by experts at MyRenderBox, the status of the job will be displayed as “Under Review.”
In this situation, after the cost and time estimate are done by experts at MyRenderBox, then, you should approve the offer by visiting the Invoices> My Quotes section or the ticket that is sent by the technical team. Please note that before you verify, recharge your account with an amount equal to clear off the cost of your project by going to Invoices > Add Funds section.
In cases where a job is facing issues, or there is incomplete information about your project, a ticket will be sent to you announcing the situation.
This condition is related to the job being rendered. In this case, the status of the Render Progress will be updated and will be visible to you. Also, after your job is in this mode , the Dropbox link to view the rendering output will be sent to you through a ticket, and you can view your rendered files from the link.
This condition shows that the job has been completed and rendered files have been delivered to you.

How to cancel:
To cancel a job, go to the My jobs page and then click on the desired link to enter the page where the transaction details are displayed, select the option Request Cancellation. Your request will be checked by MyRenderbox team, and you will be contacted for a brief verification after which your job will be cancelled.
